Do I need a gym membership❓

Nope!
You can absolutely get fit at home using bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, or even everyday items like water bottles. We’ve got home workout ideas and resources to help you feel strong wherever you are.

What should I eat before and after workouts❓

Great Q!
Before: A little fuel—think fruit, toast with peanut butter, or a smoothie.
After: Something with protein + carbs to help your body recover—like eggs and toast, a protein shake, or Greek yogurt with berries.

And girl, please eat. Your body deserves nourishment.

How often should I work out❓

If you’re new, start with 2–3 days a week.
Add more as your body adjusts, but listen to your body and don’t skip rest days. They’re just as important as your workouts.
